تختار عدد الساعات اللي تبيه (من ساعة لين وقت الإغلاق)، ويبدأ الحجز وينتهي في الوقت المحدد.
ترسل طلب حجز بدون دفع. لا تحوّل أي مبلغ قبل ما نأكد لك توفّر الملعب.
بعد تأكيد التوفّر يوصلك طلب الدفع في صفحة تتبّع الحجز وعلى الواتساب، وفيه الحسابات ومهلة الدفع.
مبلغ الحجز يُدفع كاملًا (100%) بحوالة بنكية أو محفظة إلكترونية خلال المهلة، ثم ترفع صورة الإشعار. إذا انتهت المهلة بدون دفع يُلغى الطلب تلقائيًا ويتحرر الموعد.
يصبح الحجز مؤكدًا بعد ما نتحقق من وصول المبلغ.
المضارب والكرات مشمولة مع الحجز.
٢. الإلغاء
مبلغ الحجز لا يُرد عند الإلغاء.
عدم الحضور يُعتبر حجزًا مستخدمًا، ولا يُرد المبلغ.
إذا ألغى النادي الحجز (صيانة، أعطال، ظروف جوية): نعوّضك بموعد بديل.
٣. تعليمات استخدام الملعب
الحفاظ على نظافة الملعب: يُرجى التخلص من المخلفات في الأماكن المخصصة.
المحافظة على المعدات: في حال فقدان أو إتلاف الكرة أو أي من تجهيزات الملعب، يتحمل المستأجر تكاليف التعويض.
الالتزام بالوقت: يُرجى الالتزام بالوقت المحدد في الحجز. التأخير لا يمدد وقت الحجز، وتجاوز الوقت المحجوز قد يؤدي إلى رسوم إضافية.
استخدام الملعب بحذر: يُمنع العبث بأرضية الملعب أو المرمى أو أي من المرافق التابعة له.
الملابس والأحذية المناسبة: يُمنع ارتداء الأحذية ذات المسامير المعدنية أو غير المخصصة للملاعب العشبية.
المسؤولية الشخصية: إدارة الملعب غير مسؤولة عن أي إصابات تحدث أثناء اللعب، لذا يُرجى توخي الحذر.
عدم التدخين أو تناول الأطعمة داخل الملعب: للمحافظة على جودة العشب والمرافق.
الأطفال دون 12 سنة بمرافقة شخص بالغ.
يحق للإدارة إنهاء الحجز دون استرداد عند الإخلال بهذه التعليمات أو الإساءة للآخرين.
عند الحجز، فإنك توافق على جميع الشروط المذكورة أعلاه.
نستخدمها لإدارة حجزك والتواصل معك بخصوصه فقط، ولا نبيعها ولا نشاركها مع أي طرف آخر.
صور الإشعارات محفوظة في مخزن خاص لا يصل إليه إلا مسؤولو النادي.
تقدر تطلب حذف بياناتك في أي وقت عبر التواصل معنا.
هذه السياسات عامة، وقد يحدّثها النادي. التحديثات لا تؤثر على الحجوزات المؤكدة قبلها.

Policies & terms
1. Booking & payment
You choose how many hours you want (from one hour up to closing time). Bookings start and end on time.
You send a booking request with no payment. Don’t transfer anything before we confirm the court is free.
Once it’s confirmed, you get a payment request on the track booking page and on WhatsApp, with the accounts and a payment deadline.
The full amount (100%) is paid by bank transfer or e-wallet within the deadline; then upload the receipt. Unpaid requests are cancelled automatically when the deadline passes.
Your booking is confirmed once we verify the money arrived.
Rackets and balls are included with every booking.
2. Cancellations
The booking amount is not refunded on cancellation.
No-shows count as a used booking and are not refunded.
If the club cancels (maintenance, faults, weather): we give you a replacement slot.
3. Court rules
Keep the court clean: please use the bins provided.
Look after the equipment: if the ball or any court equipment is lost or damaged, the renter pays for the replacement.
Be on time: bookings end on time and aren’t extended for late arrival; running over your booked time may incur extra fees.
Use the court with care: no tampering with the turf, goals or any facilities.
Proper clothing and shoes: shoes with metal studs, or shoes not made for turf, are not allowed.
Personal responsibility: management is not responsible for injuries during play, so please take care.
No smoking or food on court: to protect the turf and facilities.
Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
Management may end a booking without refund for breaches of these rules or abusive behaviour.
By booking, you agree to all of the terms above.
4. Privacy
We collect only your name, phone number, email (optional) and payment receipt image.
We use them solely to manage your booking and contact you about it. We never sell or share them.
Receipts are stored privately and only club staff can see them.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time.
These policies may be updated by the club. Updates don’t affect bookings confirmed before them.
